Below is two possible reasons:
Module is not included in your company subscription:
Check with your main account holder whether your company subscription includes this module or not. Subscription upgrades are possible and can be discussed by contacting us.
Your account is not authorized to see this module
Based on your company's subscription and permission settings, only authorized users have accessed to specific modules. Please reach out company administrator for support.
If this is the cause, the main account holder can contact us at client-services@intrepid.asia to request for adding new modules or adding you to desire modules. Please provide us these information:

Intrepid Insights presents your key leading indicators of Est. Revenue and marketshare across marketplaces in comparison with your key competitors.
During the onboarding process, we have agreed with your company on a scope; a selection of brand/competitor official stores and possibly distributors and reseller stores that are selling your brand/competitor products.
If you think that any brand or store is missing, click on your profile icon on the top right of the portal, choose “Brand Config”, you may then amend the store list there.
Revenue on this day = Selling price * Items sold on this day
Selling price: Actual selling price of the first product variant found in the variant list is used for revenue calculation.
Items sold on this day: Total items sold movement of each product on platform product page is tracked from day to day anticipate the daily revenue.
Revenue over a period = Sum(Revenue on this day)
This is to ensure speed and usability. Viewing the data in any custom date period, due to the scale of data within the reports, would slow the experience.
